We have experience in every aspect of direct marketing. Most importantly we do not promise to have a one-size-fits-all answer to everything. We know that every direct marketer is different and the right answer for one is not a good fit for another. Our goal is to understand your needs and provide results that are an exact fit for your company.

We are well aware that many studies conducted by consultants gather dust on a shelf. We specialize in working within a client's organization and involving internal staff throughout the process. We produce results that management and staff understand and helped to develop. Therefore our projects have a high level of acceptance and successful implementation within organizations. We strive to produce a final product that meets strategic goals and most importantly is actionable. It is always rewarding to see recommendations turn into profitable results and clients often ask us to provide project management to implement the ideas we propose.

As Business Analysts we work to understand the business issues and needs, we then tailor recommendations that are specific to each client. We talk the "languages" of technologists, marketing, operations, sales, creative, and management.  Our strength in applied use of systems and technology  means we produce ideas and tactical plans that make the most effective use of your Information Technology assets. We have served as Systems Analyst on large multi-year projects involving Mainframes, Unix, Linux Clusters, and PC Desktops taking advantage of, and integrating, proprietary software with packaged applications to produce new products. Our depth of understanding in technology, and its limitations, allow us to develop creative and cost effective solutions that never lose sight of the facts:

Customers come first

People run a business not technology

We not only design marketing databases for maximum gain but also show how to use the information to create circulation plans, merchandise analysis,  and contact strategies that maximize results. We understand multi-channel marketing and can help your business take advantage of what is fast becoming a multi-channel world. We have produced house file and prospecting multi-channel campaigns combining catalogs, Internet, retail, mass media, and other contacts. We have used ink jet messaging and  demographic binding to create database driven personalized offers.

Emerging technology has important implications in our industry. We understand how new technology can be used by direct marketers to lower cost and increase response. Currently de Rham & Company is actively working to bring Interactive Speech Response solutions to direct marketers as a low cost alternative to live operators.
